My name is Hanako Yamada, and I currently live in Tokyo, Japan. I would like to thank you so much for having me at your home while I study at AAA University. I am excited to become a part of your family.

Though this is my first time going overseas, I am very excited to see and learn the different culture through you and other people that I may meet. I'll bring some pictures of my hometown, and would like to show you.

I will be arriving at Los Angeles International Airport at 11 a.m. on January 2nd by UA801. I would like to ask you if it's possible for you to send me directions to your house.
