Diploma in Hotel Operations Management(2年間)

Food & Beverage やプロダクションサービス、フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピングなどを含むオペレーション一般を学びます。ホテルのラインやフードサービス業を目指す方に有益です。プログラムは、2学期(各5ヶ月間)の就学と4~6ヶ月のインターンシップ期間2回で構成されます。

Higher Diploma in International Hospitality Management(2年半)

Food & Beverageマネジメント、Rooms Divisionマネジメント、ハウスキーピングマネジメントなど、ホテルやサービス業のマネジメントを目指す方が必要な科目をカバー。コース修了者には、Swiss Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management、American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) Diploma(オプショナル)が授与されます。

Higher Diploma in Events Management(2年半)

SHMS3年目の生徒を対象とし、イベントプランニング・マネジメント、インセンティブ・カンファレンスマーケットなど、イベントマネジメントに特化したコース。
